Reported by Deep South Magazine:

Situated in the trendy and historic Lakeview District, Pepper Place comes with a unique story behind its location. This 227,000-square-foot area was once the Dr. Pepper Syrup Plant and Bottling Company. Now the center of the Design District, the former plant houses the Terrific New Theater, restaurants, shops, galleries, businesses and a farmers market. The market currently has over 75 vendors ranging from all types of fresh produce to spices, handmade pottery and jewelry and even all-natural dog treats.

Pepper Place opens April 12 and runs every Saturday through mid-December from 7 a.m.-noon.
