A butcher shop concept will be joining the diverse Pepper Place community in 2021. This retail concept comes from Addam Evans & John Anselmo and will be located to the right of OvenBird in the Brown Mechanical building (formerly home to Krumdieck Architecture). There are many more details to share down the road, but the shop will offer high-quality meat and cheese as well as charcuterie trays.
