Welcoming IACP to Birmingham!

We are so excited to welcome the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) to Birmingham this fall for their 43rd annual conference. It’s a real honor (and coup) to get them here and a true testament to our city’s importance in the world food scene. The gathering, here October 22-24, will bring culinary experts from across the globe to Sloss Furnaces, Pepper Place, Back Forty and the Jones Valley Teaching Farm for three days of exciting events and awards. Everything is designed to showcase the best of Alabama design, food, creativity, and craftsmanship, which is simply the perfect event to host here at Pepper Place.
