If you take a stroll through the Pepper Place Farmer’s Market parking lot between Wednesday and Saturday, you might notice a hint of something sweet in the air. Follow your nose, and you’re bound to find the Birmingham Candy Company’s Pop-Up Shop.
Boasting traditional treats (although with their own particular hand-dipped flair) like pecan pralines and head-sized candy apples as well as some radical confections like the caramel krispy kabob and chocolate truffle sampler, there’s no shortage of goodies to sink your sweet tooth into.
Not only are the treats enticing, but the family force of Wayne, Cassie, and Deb put the same love and care into making their shop that they do into their sweets.
Our main goal of The Birmingham Candy Company is to create a hometown candy store that you and your family will be proud of. Most importantly, we want to share our passion and creativity for all things southern and sweet.
