According to the Birmingham Business Journal, Birmingham’s Design Review Committee has given approval for Sloss Real Estate to make improvements to the Blueprint Building, a recent addition to the Pepper Place campus. Located on the corner of 3rd Avenue South and 30th Street South, the Blueprint Building will house a restaurant and an office.
Pepper Place has been growing steadily since it began revitalization in the 1980s, and this is the largest Pepper Place project Sloss Real Estate has taken on in several years. With the addition of the Blueprint Building, the area continues its eastward expansion along the Jones Valley Trail and the city’s spine.
