Bebe Goodrich started selling her New Orleans-style cold brew coffee at the Market at Pepper Place in 2012. Since then, Icebox Coffee’s market share has grown 580%. Last month, Birmingham-based Royal Cup Coffee announced its agreement to acquire the Goodrich’s successful startup where she will serve as director of liquid product innovation.
Icebox is based out of the Innovation Depot downtown and will move into the Royal Cup headquarters by the end of 2018.
